Charles Gerard Palmisano departed this life on Easter Sunday April 4, 2010 at his home from cancer. He was the beloved son of Grace Pitfield Palmisano and the late Charles Salvador Palmisano. He is also survived by his beloved sister, Charlene Marsiglia (Victor) and many cousins, relatives, neighbors and friends. Age 58, a native of New Orleans and a resident of River Ridge for 55 years. He attended O.L.P.H., St. Matthew the Apostle and St. Charles Borromeo Schools. He retired from the Orleans Parish School System where he was employed for nearly 30 years in maintenance. He was an avid Saints fan and very fond of Mardi Gras, having been a past member of the Krewe of Okeanos.
