Mr. Bobby Lynn Sessions, age 67, of Conyers, Georgia, formerly of Lanett, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.
Mr. Sessions was born on July 21, 1949 in Valley, Alabama to the late Wallace and Laura Sessions.
He is survived by his children, Timothy (Nicole Laughlin) Sessions, Christi Sessions Hamilton, Bobby Lynn (Teresa) Sessions, Jr., Suzanne Sessions; 7 grandchildren; sister, Diane (Jimmy) McCarley; several nieces and nephews; best friend, Hoke (Tammy) Freeman.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Wallace “Putt” Sessions.
Mr. Sessions was a member of the Lanett First Church of the Nazarene. He was a United States Army veteran having served two tours in Vietnam. He was a former professional Bass Fisherman and was also a former Police officer, Sherriff’s deputy, and Firefighter.
