Mozell Williams was born September 10, 1947 in Sharon, Mississippi to David Williams Sr. and Willie L (Wilson) Williams. The family moved to Evansville, Indiana in 1952.
Mozell married Rachel Victoria Hayes on August 18, 1979 and in 1983 they returned to Indianapolis. He was a member of Plumbers and Steamfitters local 440 and his favorite past times were hunting and fishing.
Mozell Williams departed this earth life on March 13, 2021 at the age of 73 years, 6 months and 3 days. He was preceded in death by his wife, Vicki Williams, and father David Williams, Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memory his sons, Michael (Kendall) Livers, Sean (Deshaynia) Woods and Quinae (Krystal) Williams; mother, Willie L. Williams; brothers, Roosevelt (Lulu) Williams, David Williams, Jr. Randy (Berdie) Williams, Arnie Williams, Tony (Penny) Williams and Terry (Cassandra) Williams; sisters, Sallie (John) Caldwell, Bessie Bunton, Rose and Sherry Williams; 10 grandchildren; sister in law, Margaret Hayes; brother in law, Clarence Hayes; caregiver, Steven Bunton and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
