Morilus Andre Benoit was born on December 16, 1945, in Gros Morne, Haiti, to Acelia Jean and Phede Benoit. Morilus left Haiti in September 1981, he came to America; leaving behind his 4 kids: 2 girls and 2 boys. To help his family in Haiti, he spent 35 years working as a mechanic with Universal Corporation to provide for his family,   

He was a great father to his children and a devoted husband to his wife. His family is in deep mourning and cannot comprehend such lost.

Anyone who knew Morilus was touched by his kindness, sense of humor, and mild temperament. He was truly a peacemaker and was always a source of positivity. His friends described him as nothing but kind, loving, caring, warm, awesome, and wonderful.   

Morilus was selfless and put others first. He was cherished by his family and friends. 

  

“Daddy Ben” was an example to so many and a shining light to all who knew him. When you think of Ben, celebrate the wonderful memories you had of him. Remember that life is fragile and should be lived to the fullest. Molrilus was called home on Tuesday April 26, 2022. Morilus A. Benoit is survived by his wife Judith Barthelmy Benoit of five years, whom he married on August 26, 2016, two Daughters, Regine Jean Pierre, Mytsou France Benoit, three sons, Ricardo Benoit, Wisbert Benoit, Marcus Frederick Benoit. 

His two brothers; Ulrick Benoit and Andre Benoit. A total of seven niece’s, nephew’s, eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his two former wives lost two wives due to illness.

Morilus will always be remembered as a loving Husband, Father, and friends. 

He will be greatly missed more than words could express, but his memory will surely live in our hearts.
