Monica is survived by her loving daughter, Ashley; sisters, Julie (Rich) DeKock of Fair Oaks, IN and Lori (Jim) Steiner of Murfreesboro, TN; brothers, Paul (Melanie) Butler of Rossville, IN and Pete (Stacy) Butler of DeMotte, IN. Monica is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.
