Miriam L. Zell, 92, of Kirkland Village in Bethlehem, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2013. She was the wife of the late Quentin E. Zell, who passed away in 1995. Born in Nazareth, she was the only child of the late Raymond and Jennie (Wertley) Unangst. Miriam graduated from Susquehanna University in 1942, where she was the Dean of Woman from 1944-1946. She was a History Teacher at Nazareth High School for 35 years. Miriam was a member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Bethlehem. Survivors: her son, Marlyn R. Zell and his wife Terry of Cape Coral, FL; two grandsons, Mark Zell and Chris Zell his wife, Stacy and their son, Stephen and many friends.
