Milton Harold Turner 1953-2015 Milton Herald Turner, 62 of Warm Spring, GA passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at his home. He was the son of Pastor James Harold Turner and Clarice (Sprugeon) Turner Milton attended Seventh Day Adventist schools.
He graduated high school from Fletcher Academy in Fletcher, NC, completing a 3 yrs nursing program at Fletcher Hospital School of Nursing. He attended East Tennessee State University where he became a Certified Respiratory Therapist, He attended Greenville Technical College where he became a Registered Respiratory Therapist. He last attended Atlanta Sleep School of Medicine where he became a Sleep Study Professional. He recently finished his studies in Sleep Polysomnography to become Certified in Sleep.
He worked at West Georgia Health System in LaGrange, GA. in Respiratory and Sleep Medicine. Milton enjoyed, boating, water skiing, camping, snowmobiling and, working with his hands; tinkering with anything. He loved people and people loved him. He never met a stranger. He devoted his life to his family and his career in the medical field for 45 years.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Melinda (Grover) Turner of Warm Springs, GA, son, Charles Turner; step-daughter, Tracy Daudelin, step-son, Jonathan Sanders, step grandchildren; Nathan Daudelin, Nicholas Daudelin, Robert Hampton III & Grace Hampton. He is also survived by his mother, Clarice (Sprugeon) Turner and sister, Debbie Turner. He is also survived by his first wife Clarice Murphy.
