Mrs. Milicent Ann Rudd Wardlaw, 38, a resident of 1328 Cedrow Dr., died Saturday, June 25, 2005, at High Point Regional Hospital.
Mrs. Wardlaw was born December 12, 1966 in Greensboro, a daughter of the Rev. Dr. James Robert and Roberta Mebane Rudd. She was a 1985 graduate of Ragsdale High School, Jamestown; attended Appalachian State University, Boone; and earned a certified medical assistant diploma from Guilford Technical Community College, Jamestown, in 1988. She had been a resident of High Point for nine years and a member of Temple Memorial Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Young Adult Missionary Group. Fraternally, she was a member of the High Point Alumnae Chapter, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and a member of Home School Association of North Carolina.
Surviving relatives include: husband, Rev. Eric Jerome Wardlaw; three sons, Ryan, Joshua, and Seth Wardlaw; two daughters, Erica and Melane Wardlaw, all of the home; parents of Greensboro; three brothers, Bruce Rudd (Phyllis), Rev. Vincent Rudd (Pamela), and John Rudd (Tracey); two sisters, Pamela Rudd and Janice Rudd, all of Greensboro. There are aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
