Mildred Virginia Sisler, of Tunnelton, WV, died on Thursday, April 13, 2017, at Pine Ridge in Kingwood.
Mildred was born August 14, 1928, in Kingwood, a daughter of the late Grover Clinton and Iva Cleato (Uphold) Shrout.
She was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church in Kingwood.
She is survived by two sons and spouses, Roger and Carrie Sisler, Richard Sisler, all of Tunnelton; two daughters and spouse, Linda and Harlen Kelley, all of Tunnelton, Barbara McCloud of Albright; two brothers, Frank Shrout and Bill Shrout, both of Kingwood; two sisters, Margaret Fink of Beaver Creek, OH, Evelyn Benson of Kingwood; one daughter-in-law, Bessie Sisler of Kingwood; one son-in-law, Woodrow Pase Jr.; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Franklin Clay Sisler in 1992; two sons, Alan Sisler, Thomas Sisler; one daughter, Rose Mary Pase; one son-in-law, Raymond McCloud; two brothers, Robert Shrout and Alfred Shrout; two sisters, Loretta Harrison and Beatrice Siegmyer.
Friends will be received at the Rotruck-Lobb Kingwood Chapel; 295 South Price Street on Friday, April 14, 2017, from 6-8pm; on Saturday, April 15, 2017, from 1:00 p.m.
