BROWN, Mrs. Mildred R.,Vicksburg, MI. Died Thursday evening July 15, 2010 in Byron Center, Michigan. Mildred was born July 29, 1919 in Moore Park, Michigan a daughter of Vern and Zola Grush-Hayes Romig. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident for many years and was employed as a beautician for 28 years and later worked at Prentis Laboratories before retiring.
Mildred was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Clarabell Romig; 3 brothers, Robert, Merle, and Arthur Romig; a sister-in-law, Doreen Romig; and 2 brothers-in-law, Henry Sparling and Carl Fahndrich. She is survived by 2 children, Sharon Hesher-Wilson of Grand Rapids and David Nancy Brown of Vicksburg; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Ruth Larry Weesner of South Bend, IN, Betty Sparling of Flint, and Barb Fahndrich; and many nieces and nephews.
