She is survived by four sons, Ernest Freeman, Herman Dwight, Sherman and Raymond. Daughter, Alice Strickland. Adopted daughter, Rickki Carter. Two brothers, Eugene McLaurin and Jessie McLaurin. Six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
