Mildred Lucille (Rairdon) Trisler, 88, passed away Monday, Dec. 31, 2012, in Franklin. She was a resident of Franklin. Mildred was born on Nov. 21, 1924, in Johnson County.
She was a homemaker and personal caregiver for many years. She was a member of the Edinburg American Legion.
She enjoyed cooking, bingo, doing crafts, and playing cards. She also enjoyed helping with the activities at the United Methodist Community and was a member of their card club. She loved spending time with her family.
Survivors include three children, Jimmy Lee Trisler of Martinsville, Karen June (Steve) Forlenza of Bloomington, and Darla Jane (Kirk) Owen of Franklin, sister, Doris Jean Pike of Shelbyville , brother, Charles (RuthAnn) Rairdon of Shelbyville, two grandchildren, Lana Marie Seyfried and Megan Danielle Owen and a great-granddaughter, Sarah Marie Seyfried.
She was preceded in death by her father, Noble Rairdon and mother, Gladys (Coy) Ferrell, two brothers, Ed Rairdon and Dale Rairdon, and sister, Betty Smithey.
