MAY’S LICK Mildred Gifford Fryman, 89, of Sardis passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at Maysville Nursing & Rehab Facility. She was the widow of her husband of 58 years Kelly T. Fryman whose death occurred on April 30, 2000.
Mrs. Fryman was born in Robertson County on January 27, 1923 daughter of the late Leslie & Anna Kate Henson Gifford.
Survivors include her daughter, Jane Fryman Saunders of Sardis. A grandson Tom (Mindy) Saunders and 2 great grandsons, Clay and Taylor Saunders of the Shannon Community. Several nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents and a sister Christine Mann Rhodes and a son-in-law Clarence E. Saunders.
