Miguel “SANTA” Gonzalez, Jr. came into this world on March 12, 1978 to his parents, Miguel Gonzalez, Sr. and Maria “Gracie” Gonzalez. Although he was born in Los Angeles, California, Miguel grew up in Dallas, Texas within Oak Cliff. Years later, Miguel established himself as “Oak Cliff’s Best Freestyle Tattoo Artist.” Along with building his career as a tattoo artist, Miguel spent his time with his numerous relatives and friends, especially his beloved 12-year-old daughter, Angelica Gonzalez. He was a loving son, father, uncle, cousin, and friend.
To the sorrow of Miguel’s family, he was taken from this world on November 4, 2016 in Dallas, Texas. Miguel “SANTA” Gonzalez, Jr. is survived by his daughter, Angelica Gonzalez; his mother, Maria “Gracie” Gonzalez; his step-father, Adrian Gonzalez; his sisters, Delia Sifuentes and her husband, Michael, and Teresa Fira and her husband, Frank; his brother, Eric A. Heredia; his nieces and nephews, Jose R. Paramo, Gilbert A. Guevara, Noah Sifuentes, and Mia Sifuentes; and his second niece and nephews, Domnic Paramo, Alexandria Fira, and Frank R. Fira. Miguel Gonzalez, Jr. is preceded in death by his father, Miguel Gonzalez, Sr.; his grandmother, Tomas Marceleno; his grandfather, Anselmo Montemayor, Sr.; his great-grandmother, Josefina Marceleno; and his great-grandfather, Paulino Marceleno.
