Michael Joseph Kulick, 98, passed into eternal life on November 22, 2015, on the Feast of Christ the King, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Kipling, OH on September 28, 1917 to the late Andrew & Elizabeth Kulick, Michael had been an Akron Resident since the end of World War II. Mike proudly served his country as a member of the Army Air Corps during WWII, serving in the 8th Air Force, 92nd Bomber Group, and the 407th and 326th Bomb Squadrons. He supported campaigns in Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Central Europe, Ardennes, and the Air Offensive of Europe. He was a distinguished recipient of the Bronze Star for meritorious service. He was a faithful member of St. Paul Catholic Church for over 60 years, where he was a member of the holy hour group, and after his retirement, made nearly 40,000 rosaries, which were sent all over the world.
