Michael Kenneth Fluharty, 64, of Westminster, died Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at Carroll Hospital Center.
Michael was a very creative individual. He found solace in his art work, spent time learning how to play the piano, and worked diligently to self-learn foreign languages. Michael demonstrated an interested in marine life, and successfully obtained an Associate’s Degree in Marine Biology. On weekends, he shared his time with those closest to him by attending various community outings and events.
