Michael Joseph Cwik, 61, of Chicago, died on July 29th. Beloved son of Joseph and Betty Cwik (Chisman); loving brother to Cindy (John) Kozak, Debbie (David) Ortega and Laura Cwik; loving uncle to Joseph (Abby) Kozak, Peter Kozak, and John Kozak and a friend to many. Preceded in death by his faithful companion, Dora, his beloved dog. A retired Chicago Police Officer; and an avid fisherman and hunter. Michael will be missed dearly.
