MICHAEL DEAN HAYES, age 50, of Centreville, VA died Sunday, February 16, 2003 at Fair Oaks Hospital, Fairfax, VA. He was a graduate of Lone Oak High School and the University of Kentucky. Mr. Hayes was a member of Centreville United Methodist Church, Centreville, VA. He formerly served in the U.S. Navy as a naval aviator. He had been a pilot with Continental Air Lines since 1981. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold (Pete) and Carolyn Hayes. Survivors include his wife of 16 years, Susan Hayes, one sister, Debbie Hayes, of Paducah, Kentucky and one brother, Dean Hayes, of Louisville, Kentucky.
