Mike Schwartz died peacefully surrounded by the love of his life, Barbara and some of his dearest friends on September 29, 2021. Mike was born December 17, 1951 in Nashville Tennessee where he created a life that touched so many lives. His love of caring and helping others is unmatched. His charity work for children and animals lead him into many people and animals lives. He rescued over 20 animals in his lifetime. As a child ,his first dog was a boxer who saved his life, when Mike went out in the road and the boxer pulled by his diaper out the street. The bond they had touch his heart, he paid it forward throughout his life.
Barbara came into his life and he believed in love at sight. Their journey together took them many places all over the world, no matter where they were, their world was each others. Many people were honored to be in their world during their beautiful journey. The world became darker without his presence, as we begin our lives without, we will honor him by paying it forward.
Proceeded in death by parents, Betty and Henry Posey, sisters, Michelle Shelton and Linda Hill.
Mike is survived by his love of his life, Barbara Schwartz, step-daughter Doreen(Ira) Kasten, and granddaughter Savanna and niece Katie Dotson.
