Michael Duane Irvin, 56, of Jacksonville, died Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at Prairie Village Healthcare in Jacksonville.
He was born October 7, 1964, in Jacksonville, the son of Larkin Jerome and Jo Ann Allen Irvin.
He is survived by one brother and two sisters, Gary Jerome Irvin of Peoria, Vicky (husband, Ronnie) Brown of Jacksonville, and Valerie Camden of Jacksonville; and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jackie Ray Irvin in infancy.
Mike was a graduate of Meredosia-Chambersburg High School and then graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology in Chicago. He was a computer engineer for NASA in Austin, TX and enjoyed playing guitar in several rock bands in the Austin area.
