Mr. Williams attended Muncie city schools and obtained a GED through Ivy Technical College. Michael married Shelli (Kelley) Williams on April 13, 2010 in Muncie. He had been a Truck Driver for Atlas Van Lines for 15yrs. prior to becoming disabled in 1991. Michael really enjoyed being a grandfather and taking care of his dogs. Among his hobbies, he would work on projects in his garage.
Surviving are his wife, Shelli Williams, Muncie; one daughter, Jennifer NiCole Williams (fiancé- Damian Gibson), Muncie; five sons, Michael Joseph Williams, Jeffery Branham, Dustin Kelley, all of Muncie and Jeremy and Jonathon Williams both of Sarasota, Florida; one granddaughter, Aubrie Jayne Gibson, Muncie; his mother, Elizabeth Ann Walton(husband-Wayne), Muncie; one brother, Jason Williams, Muncie; one nephew, James Dale Williams II, Dunkirk; paternal grandparents, John and Wilma Williams, Muncie; his mother-in-law, Karen Kelley, Muncie.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Dale Williams and his maternal grandparents Roscoe and Helen Slaven.
