Mia Grace Cox, infant daughter of Breannon Cox passed away on Monday October 10, 2011 at Samaritan Regional Health System.
In addition to her mother, Breannon Cox of Polk, Mia is survived by grandparents, Ed and Vicki Maximovich of Polk and Tim and Tammy Cox of Lodi. Great Grandparents Randy and Brenda Knowlton of Ashland and Lonnie and Mary Cox of Ashland also survive.
