Meredith Lynn MacLeod age 63, of Plymouth Massachusetts, passed away on August 11, 2021 with her loving daughters by her side. She is now reunited with her true love Kevin Burke. Meredith was born and raised in Plymouth, MA where she attended Plymouth Public Schools. After graduation she became a licensed X-ray tech then a registered nurse which led her to Palm Springs, where she flourished for years before coming back home. Meredith continued working in the medical field for many years as a kidney dialysis nurse, x-ray tech, and in home care. Later on in life, she found her true passion at her “fun job” as she would call it, driving a school bus for Plymouth schools. Meredith was a natural born caregiver which is why she received so much joy from seeing her bus kids. Many people would describe her as selfless, nurturing, extroverted, a positive energy, and loving. She was a strong independent women who would go out of her way to help anyone. With her contagious smile and outgoing personality often times she would find herself talking to strangers for hours at a time on her “quick” shopping trips. A natural born adventurer Meredith loved traveling, being by the ocean, exploring Clark’s Island, and annual Christmas drives through Tinker Town. The most joy Meredith received was being with her children and watching them thrive in their various activities throughout life. Meredith is survived by her two daughters Kaila and Stepheni, her son Sterling, brothers, aunts, uncles and her many cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents Norman and Bettemae.
