He is survived by his children Linda Reese (Joe), James (Maria) Trujillo, Leah Lefevre, Michael Trujillo, and Rita (Anthony) Cobb. Mel had 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Mel was a long time member of the Knights of Columbus Council 539.
