Melody “Mello” Joy Long passed away peacefully at her home with her family on Sept 5, 2018. She was proceeded in death by Matthew (son), Barbara (mother), Patty and Robin (sisters) and Wayne (brother). She is survived by her loving husband Joel, April (daughter), Tyler, Natalie, Hunter (caring grandchildren), Clifford “Skip” (father) and Robert “Stoney”(brother). Mello was born in Spencer, Iowa and raised in Flagstaff, AZ. Graduating from Coconino High School. She continued her education at CCC.
She found her happiest moments opening a family business. She pursued her calling in helping others to overcome life’s struggles. She was a compassionate, caring, full of life, brighten the room person. With a heart bigger than the moon. She will be missed.
