Melinda Lou Weasenforth, 67 of Shinnston passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022. She was born on August 27, 1955 in Indianapolis, IN, daughter of the late Melvin and Terese Woolems Jenkins. Melinda worked at Elite Cleaners in alterations for years. SHe enjoyed crocheting, knitting, doing embroidery, playing games and telling stories. Melinda is survived by her daughters, Tracy Weasenforth, Clarksburg, Cassandra Garrett, Shinnston; one son, Jeff Weasenforth, Clarksburg; one sister, Debbie Nesbitt, Texas; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Melinda is preceded in death by her husband of forty-nine years, Daniel Lee Weasenforth on September 27, 2015; one son, Shannon Weasenforth.
