Melinda Lee Gower, 59, of Clarksburg passed away Saturday, March 19, 2011 at United Hospital Center. She was born in Clarksburg, January 12, 1952 the daughter of Patricia L. Dixon Sinsel of Clarksburg and the late Thomas E. Miller. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Gower. In addition to her mother she is survived by two daughters; Amy Covey and husband Bill of Hope Mills, NC and Anitra Gower and husband Jason of Clarksburg; two sisters; Joyce Matheny and husband Chuck of Daytona Beach, FL and Karen Wamsley and husband Brad of Dallas, TX; four grandchildren; Haley, Brianna , Jacob and Kaylie. Mrs. Gower loved to read and collect antiques and was a devoted Christian. She will be deeply missed by those she leaves behind.
