Megan Marie Brown, 31 of Centralia, passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. She was born April 17, 1986 in St. Louis, Missouri, daughter of Donnie H. Brown and Rosemary (Starr) Mathis.
She is survived by her parents: Donnie H. Brown of Centralia, Rosemary Mathis and husband Charles of Centralia; grandmother: Barbara Ferguson of Arizona; three sisters: Stepfanie Brown of Tennessee, Serena Brown of Virginia, and Sabrina Ho and husband Tony of Irvington; a niece, four nephews, and a great-nephew; numerous aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: Lloyd and Viola Starr, paternal grandparents: Howard and Pauline Brown; grandfather: Jack Mathis, and an uncle: Raymond Brown. Megan enjoyed watching her favorite soap opera: Young and the Restless. She also enjoyed playing video games and coloring. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family, friends, and her cats: Tiger, Fae and Marti.
