Mazie Mae (Harris) Constable, age 84, of Warder Ave., Grafton, passed away, Wednesday, January 11, 2012, at Broaddus Hospital, Philippi, WV. She was born December 1, 1927, at Century, Barbour County, WV, a daughter of the late George W. Harris and Nellie (Cunningham) Harris. Her husband, Joseph A. Constable, survives. They were united in marriage in 1953.
Mrs. Constable was member of the Grafton Seventh Day Adventist Church, and a former member of the Pythian Sisters for many years. She worked as a waitress and a school cook. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
In addition to her husband she is survived by: one daughter Nancy Lee Kuniya, of Grafton; two grandsons, Matthew Kuniya and wife Gina, of Kew Gardens, NY, and Mark Kuniya and wife Alisa, of Carson City, NV; three great grandchildren, Jack Kuniya and Luke Kuniya, both of NY, and her namesake, Mia Mae Kuniya, of NV; one special niece, Rene Snyder, of Buchannon, WV; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by: one daughter, Sharron Ann Constable, in infancy; eight brothers, and four sisters.
