Maxwell L. Mack, age 70, of Crestview, passed away Friday evening, March 13, 2015, in Pensacola.
Mack was born March 8, 1945 in Andalusia, Alabama, to the late Walter and Annie Benton Mack.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Russell Mack.
He is survived by his wife of almost 50 years, Janice Mack, of Crestview; sons, Christopher (Donna) Mack, of Atlanta, and Brian (Peggy) Mack, and their daughter, Hannah, of Crestview; a brother, George (Larris) Mack, of Crestview; a sister, Rogie (Coy) Sasser, of Baker, FL; mother-in-law, Nellie R. Wicker, of Crestview; and brothers-in-law, Kenneth (Beverly) Wicker and Roy (Sonya) Wicker, all of Baker.
