Muncie- Max Koger, 82, was called home by the Lord, Monday morning March 7, 2017 at his residence. He was born on July 20, 1934 in Muncie, Indiana the son of Edgar and Grace (Richardson) Koger.
After schooling for his various trades, Max became a self-employed man who ran his own plumbing and repair business before going on to become a commercial painter and welder. One of Max’s favorite hobbies was woodworking. He was known for his positive attitude and always had a joke to tell.
Left to mourn the loss of Max are his sons Jackie (Rocky) Koger, Tony (Amber) Koger, two daughters Valerie Shultz and Diane Koger a sister Eddie Isenburg (John), 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Max was preceded in death by his parents, three wives, Clara, Connie and Mary, a brother Robert Koger and a son-in-law Floyd Shultz.
