Max Kuhn went home to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on 2-11-21.  Max was born on October 20, 1939 to Alfred and Ruth Kuhn.

Max grew up and attended school in Hagerman, Idaho.   He worked for Snake River Trout, Clear Springs Trout, and Magic Springs Hatchery.   He finished up his working life with Big Wood Canal Company at the age of 75 as a ditch rider.

Max loved anything outdoors.  If there were weeds to cut and burn or a tree to saw down and cut up for firewood, he was doing it.  He always had a herd of cows to take care of and a couple of dogs and cats.  He had fruit trees, berry bushes, and a large vegetable garden.

He was a hunter and a trapper and even rode the bareback broncs in the Hagerman Rodeo.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Nona; 4 daughters, Loree (Mark) Gilmore, Gena (Brandon) Nieder, Christine (Wylie) Stivers, Tosha Jewell; 3 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.  He is also survived by one brother, Duane (Sandra) Kuhn.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Jack and Jerry.

The family would like to express their appreciation to the North Canyon Medical Center and the 911 first responders for their outstanding care and compassion.
