He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard H. and Martha Frances “Frannie” (Richmond) Betson; a brother, Bill Betson; a sister, Dixie Carins; and a nephew, Terry Carins.
Max worked in the Laundry Department at Mercy Hospital, retiring in 1976.
