Maurice “Frank” Walsh, 76, of 66 Beacon St., Forestville, beloved husband of Sara (Cryan) Walsh, died Wednesday (May 23, 2007) at Bristol Hospital.
He was born September 9, 1930 in Plainville, son of the late Maurice and Elizabeth (Nolan) Walsh. Mr. Walsh grew up in Plainville and later moved to Forestville where he raised his family with his wife.
Besides his wife, Sara, he is survived by his children, Liam Walsh and his wife, Michelle of Rocky Hill, Sara Palmquist and her husband Gregory of Bristol, Sean Walsh of Bristol and his fiancé, Jodi McCarroll of Southington; and Deirdre Walsh of Bristol; his grandchildren, Aubrey Palmquist, Erin Palmquist, and Hannah Walsh; his brother, James Walsh of New Jersey; several special nieces and nephews in Bristol and Ireland. He was pre-deceased by two brothers, Desmond Walsh and George Walsh.
