Maurice Coulombe, 87, beloved husband of Margaret (Ouellette) Coulombe, passed away peacefully Friday (Oct. 13, 2017) at the Wm. W. Backus Hospital in Norwich, surrounded by his loved ones. Born April 7, 1930 in New Bedford, MA, he was the son of the late Origene and Leona (Ethier) Coulombe. He was a proud veteran, having served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War. Mr. Coulombe had worked as a tool & die maker throughout his career.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two daughters, Louise Coulombe and Christine Lefebvre; a grandson, Phillip Coulombe and 15 siblings.
