Mattie Murphy, age 83 formerly of Luthersville, Ga paased away on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 in Cartersville,Ga. Mrs. Murphy is survived by her children, Ann Cloud and James “Jimmy” H. Murphy. Grandchildren; Regina Murphy, Kim Brown, and Brandon Moore. Great Grandchildren; Blake Brown, Josh Brown and Brenton Moore. Also surviving her are sisters, Mary Allen Rice, Gene Behling; brother, Billy Sharpe and several neices and nephews. Mrs. Murphy is preceded in death by her husband William Murphy and parents, Jasper and Mary Anne Sharpe.
