Matthew W. Dominguez
Matthew William Dominguez of Scottsdale, Arizona passed away on June 19, 2022. He was born on November 23, 1999, to Lisa and Daniel Dominguez in Phoenix, AZ. His surviving family members include his parents and his brother Randy in addition to grandparents, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Approximately 16 of Matthew’s 22 years were lived in Arizona with the exception of 6 years that he and his family lived in New England where Matthew completed elementary and middle school and began high school. Matthew completed high school in Scottsdale, AZ where he would remain until his passing.
As a child, he was rambunctious to say the least, often testing his limits (or at least testing his parent’s and other caregiver’s limits). In retrospect, I think life was just too slow for him at the time, he simply had too much to say and do.
As a young adult, Matthew worked at his local Albertson’s grocery store where you might have come across him filling shelves. We were told by many that he was personable and polite. Matthew certainly had a charisma about him that would draw you in. In Matthew’s free time, there was plenty of video game play, but by far his favorite pastime was whatever shenanigans he and his best friend Dylan could get into.
Matthew was loved and has left a void with his absence that will simply never be filled. He will be missed deeply by those who knew him.
