Mathilda Johnson (nee Leopold), 98, of Holiday City, Berkeley Twp., NJ passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at Laurelton Village Nursing Home, Brick, NJ.
Born in New York City, she lived in Bergenfield, NJ before moving to Berkeley Twp. 38 years ago. Mathilda was a graduate of Tenafly High School. She worked in Accounts Receivable at Kimball Medical Center, Lakewood, NJ for 18 years.
Mathilda was predeceased by her first husband, William Vetter, and her second husband, Cornelius Johnson. She is survived by her children William Vetter and his wife Betty of Brick, NJ and Barbara Sironen and her husband Roy of Columbus, NJ, a brother Edward Leopold of Bergenfield, NJ, 3 grandchildren Dale, Lee and Karen and a great grandchild Kaylee.
