Marylyn Ann Minard, 83, of Breese, IL, passed away Saturday, February 5, 2022 at St. Joseph Hospital in Breese, surrounded by her family. Marylyn was born January 3, 1939 in Chicago, to Theodore and Lillian (Wiedman) Schmeichel and they preceded her in death. She married Roy Minard November 12, 1960. He preceded her in death on July 4, 2013. Marylyn loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her two sons, Greg (Cindy) Minard of Breese and Kevin (Diana) Minard of Kennewick, WA. She especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Rachel (Craig) Litteken and their children Alex and Kyler of Germantown, IL. Aaron (Quela) Minard of Breese, IL. Judy (Adam) Romine and their children Amelia, Isaac, and Daniel of Breese, IL. Christian Minard of Pasco, WA. and Brittany (Jared) Haulk, of Pasco, WA. Marylyn was welcomed into the arms of Jesus her Savior whom she faithfully followed.
She enjoyed serving the Lord and writing devotionals for the church. Marylyn loved coffee shops, shopping, and eating lunch with the ladies. She was a great artist and filled our homes with ceramics and paintings. A Celebration of Life is being planned for Marylyn this summer.
