Mary V. Hanssen, 94, formerly of Salisbury Twsp., died on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at Saucon Valley Manor. She was the wife of the late Edward T. Hanssen who died in 2007. Born on January 14, 1920 in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Anna Voytko. She worked at Western Electric/Lucent Technologies for a number of years until retiring. Mary was a former member of the Fearless Fire Company, the Cotillion Dance Club and U.S. Amateur Ball Room Club. Survivors: son, Edward and wife Betty, granddaugther, Susan Young and husband Mike all of Salisbury Twp.; grandson, Mike Hanssen and wife Jennifer of Allentown; great-grandchildren, Kayla, Morgan and Austin; sister, Anne Applegate of Bethlehem.
