MARY KATHERINE quot;MOONIEquot; TYSON, age 71 of Manassas, died Saturday, September 7, 2002 at her residence. She was a member of Souls Harbor Church of God, Manassas. Mrs. Tyson was preceded in death by her parents, Cleveland and Elizabeth Stanley and one sister, Charlotte Cleo Dawson. Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Eddie Franklin Tyson, two daughters Peggy Jean Fry and her husband Marvin of Bealeton, Margaret Ann Tyson of Centreville, one son Edward F. Tyson, Jr. of the home, two sisters Margaret Sweet of Manassas, Elsie Duddleson of Manassas Park, and one brother Ray Stanley of Manassas. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Tracy Ann Cline of California, Christy Lee Mavers of Kansas, Tammy Lynn Billinger of Norfolk and one great-granddaughter Morgan Jean Mavers of Kansas.
