Mary Rose (Augeri) Martin, of Middletown, died Wednesday, June 2, 2010 with her family at her side, after courageously battling heart disease and cancer for several years. Mrs. Martin, s indomitable spirit and sense of humor sustained her throughout her illnesses, earning her the affection and admiration of all who knew her. Mrs. Martin was born on July 1, 1922, one of 12 children of the late Peter and Lucia (Tuccio) Augeri of Portland.
