Mary was the wife of Quentin E. Pack, a pharmacist, and they both owned and operated the Northgate pharmacy on Telegraph Ave in Berkley, California for 40 years. Quentin passed away September 2004 and Mary moved to Huntsville, Alabama to live with her sister JoAnn Simmons.
Survivors are JoAnn Simmons, nephews Roger Simmons and wife Kathy of Huntsville, Ala, Clayton Woods of Los Altos Hills, CA and nieces Karol Yocum of Tampa, FL and Kathy Staehle of Plymouth, MN.
