On July 6, 1940, she was married to Kenneth W. Matveia, who preceded her in death in 1997. Also preceding her in death were one brother and one sister.
Surviving are her children: Donna Moses and Charles Glenn Jr of Tucson, AZ, Donald Matveia of Como, CO, and Kenneth and Lee Matveia of Chocowinity, N.C; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
