Mary Madelin “Madge” King, (nee Dolan) age 90, a resident of Berlin, MD, and previously of Greenland Beach, died of kidney failure on September 18, 2016 after a three week illness.
She was born on December 10, 1925, in Baltimore, to the late Fannie and Andrew Dolan. A graduate of Seton High School, she became a homemaker and mother, raising 13 children. She served as a volunteer for Our Daily Bread, St. Jane Frances Church, and the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
Along with her parents, Madge is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 69 years: Stephen J. King; her son Kevin King, a grandchild and a great grandchild.
She is survived by her seven daughters: Stephanie, Andrea, Denise, Melanie, Janine, Midge, and Kelly; five sons: Stephen, Jr., Mark, Christopher, Timothy, and Daniel; 33 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren.
