Mary Lou Manis, age 72, of Broad Creek Manor Assisted Living in Whiteford, MD passed away Sunday, November 29, 2020. Born in Kingsport, TN to the late Albert M. and Jo E. (Barlow) Manis; loving sister of Lynell Holloway of Frederick and Susan Fleenor of Kingsport, TN and the late Annie Ihlenburg; dear friend of Mary Miller of Hamilton/Baltimore. She received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and a Master’s of Education from Salisbury University and was inducted into their Athletic Hall of Fame in 1990. She was the Associate Director of Recreational Sports at Loyola University, in Baltimore until her retirement. She will be lovingly missed by her family and many friends.
