LENTZ, Mary Lou Passed away Tuesday morning, September 16, 2014 at her residence surrounded by her family, after a five year battle with breast cancer. Mary Lou was born November 16, 1933 in Negaunee, MI the daughter of the late John and Winifred Dodge Withiel. Prior to her retirement she was employed for 40 years with Michigan Bell.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and Telephone Pioneers of America. Mary Lou enjoyed shopping trips and most of all spending time with her children and grandchildren. On December 14, 1957 she was united in marriage to her loving husband, William who preceded her in death on November 5, 1976. She was also preceded in death by a son, Terry Lentz.
Mary Lou is survived by her children, William Lynne Lentz of Centreville, Gregory Cheryl Lentz of Kalamazoo, Lori Gregory Bodin of Gobles, Susan Bryan King of Climax, James Diann Lentz of Kalamazoo; 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Jack Sadie Withiel.
