Mary L. Kormelink, 88, formerly of Ottawa, died July 13, 2015 peacefully and surrounded by her daughters in Heritage Health Care in La Salle.
Mrs. Kormelink was born in Granville on July 27, 1926 to Albert and Molly (Allen) Crews. She married John M. Frackowiak. She then married William Kormelink. She worked at Westclox until retirement.
She is survived by two daughters Jean (Don) Gallup of Oglesby and Sharon D. (Bob) Ciesielski of La Salle; three sons Allen M. Frackowiak of Standard, John R. Frackowiak of Granville, and Gerald S. Frackowiak of Washington State; five grandchildren Bryan (Gina) Ciesielski of Germantown Hills, John and Michael Frackowiak both of Granville, Gerald Frackowiak and Jessica Mency of Washington State; six great grandchildren; one brother Russell Crews of Mendota; one sister Betty Pelszynski of Peru.
She is preceded in death by her two husbands and eight brothers and sisters.
