Mary Johnson,90, longtime former Ferndale resident passed away on October 11, 2018.
Mary was born in Baltimore to the late Phillip and Natalie (Gomula) Yanchuk, who were Russian immigrants. She was raised in Baltimore where she attended Southern High School and worked at Enoch Pratt Library. While at Ft. Holabird she met Keith E. Johnson who she married in 1949. Through the years she worked several jobs Christos Restaurant, La Fontaine Bleue, and Degrange Lumber.
