Mary Jane Livingston passed away peacefully at the age of 90 in her home in Lavallette, NJ on June 27th surrounded by her children. She was born on November 18th, 1927 in Washington DC. She was predeceased by her mother, Dorothy E Cooke, her sister, Virginia Edwards and her husband of 47 years, Donald S Livingston.
She is survived by her son, Donald S Livingston Jr., his wife Cathy of Mt. Dora Florida and children Kelly, Erica, Drew and Cory. Her son, James W Livingston, his wife Maureen of Wheaton Il. Their sons, Brian and Matthew. Her son, Michael C Livingston, his wife Elizabeth, of Holmdel NJ, and children, Jodi, Michael Jr. and Carlie. Her daughter, Dorothy Farrell of Lavallette NJ and her children, Leah, Adam, David, and Sean. Her nephew, Drayson Edwards of Daphne, Al. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
She was married in Princeton NJon September 18th 1946 and remained married to her husband, Donald until his death in 1993. She worked 28 years in North Brunswick, NJ for Johnson & Johnson. After retirement, Mary and Donald spent time pursuing their shared passion for camping across this country and living in St. James City, Florida. Her remaining years were spent in Lavallette NJ with her daughter and grandchildren. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother with many friends over the years. She is loved by her family and will be sorely missed.
